This may sound like a point, but if you’re attempting to quit smoking, it can mean the difference between not having the ability to achieve victory and quitting completely. For this reason some people choose to use an electronic cigarette instead of a nicotine patch or gum.
There are lots of health risks associated with smoking, but with e-cigs, you can find no major health threats at all. This is because of the fact that e-cigs contain less nicotine than conventional cigarettes, making them more of an upgraded rather than a replacement. There are no health risks besides reduced throat irritation. E-cigs are also generally made from natural ingredients, so the health threats are again reduced.

Because there are no toxins absorbed through the skin or lungs, this makes e-cigs safer to smoke than regular cigarettes.
